Personalizing can add more value to an item. Personalizing items are ideal for gift giving to your or for your personal use. I offer few various ways to personalizing items such as hand engraving, glass etching, carving, vinyl cutouts, and hand-writing.

Q: Do you as the service provider provide the materials?
A: I only provide wine glasses, beer mugs, ornaments, and hangers. Other items that needs personalization must be provided by clients.
Q: When do I place the order for me to receive it on time?
A: 4 days in advance. Less than 3 days is considered a rush order for additional fee. Additional projects leads to more turnaround time.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Cash or electronic transfer via Venmo, Zelle, and Paypal are acceptable forms of payment..
Q: Is there a deposit fee?
A: Yes, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is due prior to starting the project.
The remaining balance is que upon completion of the project.
Q: How do I get my completed order?
A: Clients are expected to pick up completed order/s. For your convenience, delivery within 20-mile radius is available for additional fee. A base fee of $10 plus $.50/mile.

Q: Do you do shipping?
A: I only do shipping for small items that are not fragile (e.g. a vinyl cutout, ornaments, hangers, etc.)
